Overall the property is excellent. Plenty of beds and baths for15 people. Property needs routine maintenance. Door knobs were falling off and smoke detectors were defective. Stove doesn’t get hot enough to cook very well. No A/C was an issue.

Jim's place was excellent for a large group of people. I had a team of volunteers who didn't know each other stay, so having many beds was very accommodating! It was exactly what we needed for a large party for a short stay.

Lots of room for our group and plenty of beds. Very pretty house and clean. We enjoyed our short stay! Only thing was no screens on the windows, so moths and flies came in when we tried to air out the hot house but not a big issue!
